Fitbit Blaze - Only 1 LED light working

Helloonly the right LED light is working. I have restarted it twice by pressing the left and bottom right buttons but still not working. I've also noticed that bluetooth keeps unpairing itself and I have syncing issues.

 

Very disappointed, as I had a Fitbit Surge which also unglued around the strap and practically has fallen apart. So I got this Blaze knowing the straps can be at least removed, now the LED light has gone and only had a couple of months Smiley Sad Can you help please?

Unfortunately the restart procedure is the only real tool we have for fixing problems and if it's a hardware problem then that's not going to help. I think your best bet is to contact customer support as this may end up with a warranty replacement: contact.fitbit.com
