Fitbit Blaze no longer syncs with only my Android phone

Hello,

I have searched all over the topics and I cannot find a way to sync my Android phone with my Blaze. I have a Nexus 6P with 7.1.1. I have tried 4 other Android phones and none of them sync with it.

I also have an iPhone and it will sync perfectly to it without issues. I tried:

1. Deleting it from my account and re-adding the Blaze.

2. I've tried everything here that you suggest.

3. Forcing a Sync

4. Restarting the Blaze

5. Resetting Bluetooth from the phone

This only started occuring after the newest update. Please fix this.

Hello there @nbcastano! Thanks for joining the Forums.

Considering that it is syncing to an iPhone, I'd say that it is possible that your Blaze bonded with the iPhone, for some reason. This can happen whenever notifications are set up. Let's try to remove the connection between them. To do so, please try this:

1. Access the Bluetooth settings on the iPhone.

2. Look for the Fitbit Blaze. It should be on the list of paired devices.

3. Delete the Blaze from that list.

4. Try to sync with your Android phone.

When I have changed phones or synced with other devices, doing this has helped me get back on track.

Please let me know how it goes! Smiley Very Happy
