Hi I'm having issues synching the fitbit to my phone. Can anyone help? I've ensured location is on. So far I've tried the following
Removing any other things paired through bluetooth eg car
Rebooting phone and fitbit
Uninstalling app and reinstalling
Checked phone software updated - automatically updates.
Checkled permissions on the app also are correct.
I'm awaiting the technical team to respond with further advice. It's just so frustrating!!!

@MoeRio @647FAYWOOD It's nice to have you on board! Which OS version is your phone running? Are you running a custom Rom? Which app version do you have installed? Try restarting your tracker again but do this 3 times in a row:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
Also are you syncing your tracker with any other device or computer?
