Fitbit Blaze not Syncing

 Hi Everyone,

My Blaze has not synchronized since the 15/10/17. I have tried pretty much everything I can think of...when I went into Bluetooth settings every time I try to connect it comes up with the same error message "Couldn't connect with Blaze because of incorrect PIN or passkey" really at a loss on what to do. Can anyone help?

Hi there @GeeAtch welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! This error usually comes when you try to connect your tracker directly to your Bluetooth settings. Note that your Fitbit Blaze does not sync as a regular Bluetooth device since is require you to sync through the Fitbit app all the time.

 

I noticed in your Community profile you have paired your tracker so I assume you have your app running in your phone. So in order to sync just access to your app and it should start syncing automatically or just pull the screen down to refresh and force sync your tracker.

 

In case you tracker is not syncing, do no try to sync to your phone Bluetooth setting s and give it a try to the following suggestions: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
