I have just purchased blaze secondhand as I had one connected to my Huawei p9, I can connect to my Huawei mate 10pro via bluetooth but it won't connect, why is there a problem with one of the biggest phone manufacturers in the world

Sadly think I am going to get a different make fitness tracker, loved Fitbit since the day I started using them but sadly you can that there is obviously a massive issue with there software/hardware just looking at the thread of complaints on this forum, there answer is reply with a generic answer that doesn't even help, the answer is quite simple as Fitbit is obviously quite a major player in the fitness accessories business you should be going to the phone manufacturers (especially the biggest ones) asking for sample phones so that you can get your software updates online asap, this situation is going to hit your reputation badly and you are going to lose some loyal customers, bye bye Fitbit won't be coming back

@Carlcas2 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Blaze isn't syncing with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!

Don't want to ruin it, but connection back on, uninstalled app then reinstalled and connected first time and doing everything as it should, fingers crossed will stay that way
