Got fitbit for xmas. Doing fine until few days ago.. not synching to the phone app and today ,I the time became hours off. Haven't done anything unusual. Any suggestions..?

The time should sort itself out once it starts syncing again.
The best chance for sorting sync problems is to restart your Blaze using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
Give it a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work.
