My fitbit has to go! Not counting steps right...counting steps when not even moving...not syncing. Just sharing that it's time to go to the competition like Garmin. This is crazy and time consuming just trying to fix issues. Uninstalled on Android, updated, made sure all notifications settings on and still frustrated.

Thanks for sharing those steps that you have tried to get it to work.

 

I'd like to ask some questions to better understand the situation:

  • What phone are you using?
  • When did this start happening?
