I have a new versa and S9 samsung. Fitbit is vibrating for alarms etc but not for my calls and messages. I have turned bluetooth off and on and also restarted phone. Was working fine and stopped 2 days ago....

In this case, I'd like to recommend that you try to restart your Fitbit and then restart your notifications again. That should help so that it starts working once again with the notifications.
