Hi,
I have tried syncing my fitbit Charge 2 for over a week now. I have already tried the following:
1. Restarting my phone
2. Bluetooth reset (the charge doesn't show up as a previously connected device and when I try to connect, it says pairing and then stops)
When I try to set up the device on the fitbit app I can get to the stage where it asks for the 4 digit code and then it never connects.
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

I've also tried restarting the watch itself but that doesn't do anything. What OS are you using?

Yes @Bailey12345 first thing to note is removing a tracker from the Fitbit account simply digs a deeper hole to climb out of.
A user can not pair a tracker to the phones bluetooth
Let's go through the no sync tips to fix the communication problem then try a setup.
