Morning

 

I have been not been able to receive any notifications while using a Hwawei p20 and now I have a Samsung note 10 lite??? 

 

I need some sort of guidance why this is not able to connect

The Fitbit app is compatible with most popular phones and tablets. You can check here to find more about Fitbit-compatible devices. If you're having difficulty syncing your Charge 3 tracker, please follow our troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
