This may be difficult to fix. That phone is not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
This means that it has been tested by fitbit and shown to not fully work, or it could just mean that it's not yet been tested and may, or may not, work.
I've searched the community for references to that phone to see if others have commented on it but this seems to be the first post that mentions it.
What difficulties are you having? Do you have access to another phone that you could try the setup on to see if the problem is with the fitbit or your phone?

I have a samsung s9 and am also having trouble getting fitbit to sync with my phone (trouble then getting sleep data and I cannot gps a bike ride because the watch and phone never find each other).
I have tried restarting my phone and the fitbit. I have manually shut off and turned bluetooth back on...no luck.
