Fitbit Charge 3 won't sync to LG6

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had this problem since the day I received this as a Christmas present but it would eventually sync usually after the 3rd or 4th try.  Unfortunately ever since the January 25th Fit Bit update it totally stopped syncing.

I am becoming purely frustrated.

I have taken the app off my phone and then back on, I hard restarted my Fit Bit and phone.

Going from a Fitbit fan to hating the headache.

Please let me know if there is a permanent fix.

Thank you!

Welcome to the Forums @DSoule. Hello @Odyssey13.

@Odyssey13 Thanks for being around to help!

@DSoule Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and all of the steps that you have tried.

As @Odyssey13 suggested, please go through those steps in that help article. While some of the steps you have already tried, please try going through all of them in order.

Look forward to your reply.

I regrettably unpaired it from my phone thinking I could pair it back up
and try again. Now it tells me it finds my device, has me put in the code
then tells me it can't connect.

Hello @DSoule.

Thanks for sharing those details, let me help you figure out what is going on.

My suggestion would be to try the following steps:

  1. On the phone: after seeing the Not Working screen, select "Try Again"
  2. On Charge 3: open Settings > About > tap "Reboot Device"
  3. Wait for "Found your tracker" screen on phone
  4. Enter the 4-digit code and complete the pairing sequence

Feel free to reach out with any further questions.
