Samsung Note 9 compatibility

I am very angry as I had called Support several times because of syncing issues between my Versa and Samsung Note 9. NOT one time did they mention it was not a compatible fit. If they had, I could have returned the Versa. Now it's  too late. How can the Note 10.1 be compatible and not the Note 9? In this day of IT genius, it seems unfathonomable that this cannot be remedied. I have been a longterm Fitbit user and am extremely dissatisfied about this whole situation. I thought I bought myself a great birthday present, which is now basically a hunk of junk!

Hello @kb62.

Thanks for sharing your feedback and experience on the matter.

I'd like to mention that the Galaxy Note 9 is certainly a supported device. As for why the 10.1 is there, that one refers to a Samsung tablet released some years ago, not a phone.

As for the syncing issues, I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Your help list does not help with the Versa or the Note 9.  I agree, I have an expensive watch that will not pair with my phone.  : (

Welcome to the Forums @seekreload.

Thanks for trying the steps I recommended.

Do you get some sort of error message when you are trying to run the pairing? If so, what does it say?

Look forward to your reply.

I just purchased a Note 9 and did not have problems syncing with my Versa. But I no longer see where I can log into Facebook with the phone FitBit app

Welcome to the Forums @janelle.melissa.

Congratulations on your new phone! Let me help you out.

In this case I'd recommend that you try to go into your friend's list. There it should give you the option to connect your Fitbit account to your Facebook.

Let me know if there are any further questions.
