Hello @Ems043
Just go to Apps in settings in Android, locate the Fitbit App and tap it. Now tap clear data/storage.
😉 Please let me know if this answers your question

Hello again @Ems043
It has nothing to do with the Fitbit but the actual setting so replacement of your Charge 4 would make zero difference. Recheck and ensure that Do Not Disturb (DND) feature isn’t enabled or sleep mode. Please look here to make sure you are using a compatible mobile device: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices. If your device is indeed compatible try turning your Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds then turn it back on. If the problem persist try logging out of the Fitbit App, restart your phone an log back into the app again. If this continues try restarting your Charge 4: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
😃 please come back and let me know how it goes

I’m sorry my instructions didn’t help resolve the issue @Ems043 I can truly understand your frustration. I don’t work for Fitbit by the way. I’m simply a consumer like yourself so honestly I do understand. Please consider trying one more step. Go to your phone's battery settings and disable battery optimization for Fitbit app. Also go to your phone's Settings>Apps>Fitbit>Battery and make sure Background Activity is toggled ON
🤞 I’m crossing my fingers

@Ems043 I am moving this thread to the Android forum. Your issue is specific to the Android app, so it is a better fit. Perhaps an experienced Android user can help you.
