Last week my Fitbit Charge 4 started suddenly draining battery really fast. My device has been in use about 1.5 years. After I tried charging it and cold starting it, is has been completely useless. It doesnt charge anymore. Connecting it to charger gives the smiley face and after that nothing happens. Pressing the left side button just gives buzzing but nothing more. I have cleaned the device with fresh water but it didn't help either. I have been going through the messages already posted in this forum about the similar problems. Since there hasn't yet been solution or any comment on Fitbit side, I decided to start a new thread. BR Johanna
