Since google bought Firbit the customer service has become the utter pits.
You can not speak to a manager as they are in their ivory towers and will only comunicate via email with corporate google approved responces blaming the customer for the issues.
They have blamed the issue about the calories and micronutrients on my phone's age and if I got a new one the problem woyld go away. This is (as I am NOT in a position ti get a new phone) incime shaming but also untrue.
Many on here gave the same problem even with the latest phobes so clearly my old phone being to blame is clearly untrue. Also the rest of the app works fine so again, clearly NOT my phone.
Google have taken what was good customer service to it being worse than Ryanair and easyjet combined
