Hi,

 

Is here other one plus users? does your syncing work? I can get my charge 4 to synck with my phone. i think problems started when phone got android 11 update.  Only way to get syncin work for while (less than 1 hour) is unistalling and then installing fitbit app again, but syncing stops very soon after that. 

 

With other phones there are no problems...
