It Seems that an extremely low battery reserve may have had something to do
with the non-syncing episode because last evening I tapped my Charge 5 and
found it had stopped working so I placed it on the charger and this morning
i tried the syncing procedure and t began to sync properly so it looks as
if all's well. Tomorrow when I go to Planet Fitness for my scheduled
workout will tell the story of the syncing process!
