Fitbit Charge 6 "Find My Phone" Feature Not Working

I recently purchased a Fitbit Charge 6 device, and while most features are working as expected, the "Find My Phone" functionality does not seem to work.

Here are the details of my setup:

  • Fitbit Device: Charge 6
  • Fitbit App Version: 4.32
  • Phone OS: Android 15
  • Charge 6 Firmware Version: 66.20001.210.26

I have ensured all the necessary settings are configured:

  • Autostart is enabled for the Fitbit app.
  • Notifications are fully allowed and functional.
  • The app is not restricted in the background and is set to high power mode to avoid being killed by the system.

Despite this, when I use the "Find My Phone" feature on the Fitbit, the phone neither vibrates nor rings, as if the devices are not communicating for this specific function. Syncing and notifications work perfectly otherwise so the Charge 6 is comunicating with phone, just find my phone do not work.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any tips or troubleshooting steps to fix this? I’d appreciate any advice or guidance!
