I've opened a ticket last Friday because the app on the Android greyed out the Activity tile. Since then apparently they have tried to push out new updates to the app, but the activity tab no longer holds the exercises that were tracked. Fitbit app seems to have lost all exercises since Sept 1. No resolution to this other than the Support folks have repeatedly closed the tickets.

There is an issue regarding activity/exercise tracking. The team is aware of the problem and is working on a fix. Hopefully, it won't be too long before a fix is rolled out.
