Fitbit Charge HR HELP!

My Fitbit Charge HR wouldn't sync to my Android this morning so I tried rebooting the blue tooth on my phone only when i went to find my charge it was'nt coming up. I have now uninstalled my charge from my android and its not reinstalling it. 

 

Has anyone had this problem? how did you fix it?
