Not tracking Sleep

I have had my fitbit charge HR for 3 months with no issues, now for the last 4 nights it has not tracked my sleep. I have tried to restart it, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, my fitbit has the updated software (as far as i kno), and i have tried to unpair my fitbit and repair it with the app. I dont know what else to do. Please help!!

Hi @Lita4205 welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy hmmm this sounds weird. Considering that you have tried several steps to make it work and this issue persists, my suggestion is to get in touch directly with Fitbit Support, I'm pretty sure our team will find out the best solution for you. In the meantime, I suggest you to manually log your sleep by following the steps on this article.
