hmmm this sounds weird. Considering that you have tried several steps to make it work and this issue persists, my suggestion is to get in touch directly with Fitbit Support, I'm pretty sure our team will find out the best solution for you. In the meantime, I suggest you to manually log your sleep by following the steps on this article.
