hi,
My Fitbit Charge HR is not charging i tried changing blugs or cables its not charging please help.

It's great to see you around @Laurajolyhutton. Thanks for troubleshooting the battery inconvenience you have by yourself. I recommend Restarting your tracker and after the restart process, follow the Battery Troubleshoot. If these tips don't work, feel free to contact our Support Team.
