Logging into the Android app with Google?

I've changed phone and now the option to log in with Google, the only one I've ever used, has disappeared. I can't reset my password as that function needs the old password. So I can log into the web dashboard using Google, but never sync!

 

What are my options?

Thanks, but that only works if you know your password. As I've only ever logged in via Google I don't (and the Google account u and p don't work either).
