Fitbit Connect link error when trying to add music to Versa 2

I am wanting to add some music to my FitBit Versa 2 however the link seems to be giving an error when using the link below that i found on: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251#Files

and clicked on (Fitbit Connect app)

 

I get error:

How do I download music to my fitbit? Any ideas?
