Fitbit Connect not finding my flex

I am having trouble with the app connecting with my Flex. It keeps saying it cannot find my Flex. It have disconnected the Bluetooth, shut the program down, and even put the Flex back on the charger. What else can I do?

Same here... it found it 3times and fitbit flashed. Then nothing.
