My fibit will not change the time.  It shows 9:44 when it is 10:47

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Johnshurig. It's nice to see new faces around.

Thanks for the details about the time on your device. Your Fitbit device won't show the correct date & time for one of these reasons:

  • Your device has not synced for a while (more than a month).
  • Your device is not paired to your Fitbit account.
  • There's a pending update for your device.
  • Incorrect time zone selected on your Fitbit account.

I recommend you to check that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed on your phone by going to the Play Store. Then on the app go to your profile's picture > App Settings and check that the Automatic time zone option is enabled. If your device is not syncing, please try the troubleshooting from here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If your device is not paired to your account, you can follow the instructions from this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to pair it again.

Hope this helps!
