For the past week, I have been having trouble with my fully charged Fitbit Charge HR dying upon syncing with my Android App. The issue usually occurs the second time I try and sync. I have reset my Fitbit and reinstalled the app, but nothing helps. I'm now afraid to check the app during the day because it will drain my Fitbit completely. Please help! FYI, my Charge is just over a year old, and I've never had issues until now.

@LeaTipton Thanks for participating in our Fitbit Community! Sounds weird that your Charge HR's battery gets drained when you sync it with your app. I'd like to know a few details; do you have the option "All day syncing" option? Do you have a computer available? If so, please try syncing your tracker with the computer and check out if the issue happens with it also. Note that you need to plug the USB dongle and download the Fitbit Connect software so you can sync it with your computer. Make sure to download the software for the correct platform (Mac, Windows).
Keep me posted on the outcome my friend!

Thank you for your reply. As for my Fitbit, it appears that the battery is the issue and not so much just syncing with the app. My Fitbit didn't even make it through the night, and I haven't been able to use for about a week. I find it interesting that I had absolutely no issues up until I hit my one year anniversary date, and then it just all of a sudden wouldn't make it though the day. I don't think I want to keep spending that much money on something that will likely keep dying every year.

Hello, I have a similar problem, i.e. battery completely dead after less a 1/2 day!! It appears suddenly, until yesterday when charged, it lasted 3, max 4 days. On top of it, it does not sync anymore, last time was yesterday morning. I got a weird message "check if he tracker is connected to another device"...whih is not the case.
The 5th of October, I would have had my fitbit Charge HR for one year. Very disappointing, without mentioning that the plastic is peeling off...
