Fitbit Flex Not Compatible with all devices

Unfortunately, Fitbit hasn't yet figured out how to be compatible with all cellphones & other devices. My Samsung J3 Emerge is not compatible, not is my Samsung S3 Tablet. I'm not about to spend $600+ on a new phone.

I just have to keep checking my stats on my home computer, which is cumbersome.

Can't understand why they can't fix this issue.
