Fitbit Flex not syncing

My flex can not connect whith my phon and in add i can not sign up

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @almuhallab! I'd start by checking out if your mobile device is listed in our compatible devices. If it's, you can create an account here. Once you have created your account you should start the setup process. Please share a screenshot if you're getting any error during this process.
