I think the software for Fitbit should be updated where it would allow more than 10 people in a challenge. I am a military spouse and we currently have 27 people in our group who encourage and challenge each other daily/weekly. Unfortunately, we have to have 3 separate groups and that's no fun nor are we able to keep up with each person's progress. Fitbit should also make it possible for us to create/customize our own group and not have to only use the challenges you already have programmed.
