I have a Charge fit bit use all the time and use as watch. Traveled from midwest to LA then home to AZ on Sunday now its Wednesday and still won't change. It also is not tracking my steps either. I have reset and synchronized several times and no change. Very frustrating. Help please!

Are you syncing it to your phone or your desktop computer?  Does the device you are using to sync it have the correct time zone and time?

@USAF-Larry Thanks for your input.

Allow me to help you @LisFeger! One thing, I would like you to check is that you have automatic timezone set in your phone and app.

To do so in the Fitbit app do the following:

- Go to your Dashboard > Tap on account > Tap on the gear icon that's in the right corner

- Enable "Automatic time zone"

I have these steps to enable automatic time zone in my Android phone but it may be different for each phone model:

- Settings > Date and time > enable automatic time zone

Hope this helps.

Thanks - I had timezone set for Arizona, and was on automatic on phone and
on my Charge. But went through 3 different timezones in 1 day. It finally
caught up with itself after 4 days back and time is correct.

@LisFeger Thanks! It's great to hear that you got it working.

Additionally, you may want to check the Discussions Board because there you'll find receipts, weight loss tips and the best thing is that you can find some new friends.
