Fitbit HR not Syncing

Hello,

My Fitbit HR has suddenly stopped Syncing saying it can't find the device. The device seems to be working, but the app won't sync (Android V2.17 Fitbit App).

There is also and issue with exercising from UA Record not Syncing to Fitbit Dashboard as well.

Please help! Is this a general issue or just me?

Regarding the sync'ing.. feel free restarting the tracker & the phone.

Restart the tracker

URL: Click to go to the Fitbit Help Article 'How do I restart the tracker?'

Fitbit doesn't has control over third-party developers, it's possible to contact the 'Under Armour Customer Service':

Thank you. Had to restart the fitbit twice, but it seems to be working now. Still can't get UA record to sync exercise onto dashboard anymore, but at least my tracker is working.

Does anyone know how to find the last time my fitbit synced? I lost it and it's not showing up in my dashboard anymore.  Is it because its not charged or have I simply lost it for good? Please HELP! It's been two days and I want my workouts to be accounted for!  ='(

Thanks for your help in advance!

I'm sorry to hear about your lost tracker @cocobutter88 Smiley Sad..

- Check your dashboard to see the last time your tracker synced. If it synced recently, that means it is within 15-20 feet of a computer with the Fitbit Connect software installed and a dongle plugged in.
- If you have paired your Fitbit tracker with a mobile device, you can take that device to the area where your tracker may have been lost and watch for it to sync. This may help you to pinpoint the tracker's location.
- Use a Bluetooth locator app. For iOS you can try LightBlue - Bluetooth Low Energy (http://goo.gl/bAB5ST). For Android you can try Bluetooth Finder (http://goo.gl/CLyxgf).

If you don't find the last time your tracker sync it seems that it was removed from your account and that's why is not being showed on your Dashboard.

Keep me posted!
