Fitbit HR not syncing to new phone

Have new Samsung s9 phone and Fitbit not syncing and the time is half hour fast. Anyone got ideas how to fix this.

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a bluetooth connection that make be blocking connection to your new phone.

 

I notice that the S9 isn't on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so this may not be possible to fix.

Thanks Steve, Unable to sync maybe my phone will be on the list in a few weeks.

i will keep checking
