Hi,
Your bluetooth may be switched on, but it also may not be communicating with the app. If the app is asking to restart bluetooth then this suggests that's the case. To start off, try clicking to restart the bluetooth. Failing this, manually turn your bluetooth off and on again yourself. Failing that, restart the phone.
It happens to me now and again (not often though). I don't really know why, but restarting the phone usually kickstarts it back into action.
Best AnswerWell, I tried turning bluetooth on then back on. Then tried rebooting. Then tried factory resetting......and now it won't even turn back on at all. Has a full charge too, because I charged it this afternoon.
Best AnswerAlso, I have not even had it for a year yet. So it should not be junk already.
