I can't install my new fitbit inspire.  I enter new device then Insire ane it just reverts back to the account area.

HI @Dehlila - I’m including a link to full set up instructions for you to review. But first I must ask ... which Android phone do you have? Is it on the list of supported devices? And what OS version is your phone using?

I already have a Fitbit account i have i want to change from the charge to the inspire but it just keeps going back to dashboard
