It may be that your phone doesn't work with fitbit. It's not showing on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
Not being on that list either means it has been shown to not work or it has yet to be tested. I had a quick search on the forums and there are not many posts referring to the 10E to get a feel for if it works for others. So, it's worth trying the normal steps for syncing issues:
