I have charge 2& charge 3 on my account.my partner is wearing one and l the other. How do l get them to work separatly. My partner does not have a smart phone

Unfortunately you will both have to have your own fitbit accounts with one fitbit connected to each. This is necessary as fitbit needs to know your age, height, weight etc to track correctly
This is going to be complicated for you as your partner doesn't have a phone. You will each need your own account (with separate email addresses) and will need to logoff / logon to switch between the two accounts. This is going to be a pain.
Do you have access to a computer that you could use? This may offer slightly better options.

Thankyou for your answer. I took your advice and setup a seperate account on my computer for my husband.
