I am struggling in achieving the active minutes using the inspire 2 device. My resting heart rate is naturally quite low, so even during exercise it is rare that it remains high for extended periods of time.
As an example, I did a heavy weight lifting session today, and at peak of exercise my heart rate would go up to about 140, but very quickly return to 95-100 region once I was at rest. The entire workout took 60 minutes, it felt strenuous but fitbit awarded me with a measly 5 active minutes for the entire duration.
I did manually add the workout into the app and manually set the intensity to about 70% as that felt right, but it looks like the device is using some built in heart rate ranges to calculate this.
Seems like a bit of a problem for people like myself who have a naturally lower heart rate. A 5 minute run doesn't even register as any active minutes for me, as an example, because my HR doesn't go up above 100.
It certainly feels like the device should measure the persons average heart rate and adjust the thresholds based on that.
Is there any way to adjust these settings?

Hello @dansos
You can most certainly adjust your heart rate zones in the Fitbit App. Open the Fitbit App, scroll down and tap your heart rate tile then tap the gear icon in the upper right corner. Here you can adjust your high and low heart rate as well as your heart rate zones. Remember to sync your Fitbit if you make any changes in the Fitbit App so that your Fitbit tracker accepts the changes.
😃 Please let me know if this gives you the best answer to your question.
