I have had this same problem since April 2018 in my Buick Enclave. I have called Samsung (several times), my carrier (several times), and taken my vehicle to the dealer. I travel a great deal for business and depend on the hands free option. No one has solved the problem yet. I recently did another factory reset and am in the process of adding back apps one at a time. I discovered that the Fitbit app was the one causing the problem. After installing the app it would not connect to my Buick at all. I tried the solution provided by Fitbit (turning off always connected) and my phone still will not auto connect to my vehicle, but I can manually connect now. UPDATE: Phone won't connect to vehicle bluetooth at all this morning. Had to remove the Fitbit app (AGAIN).
Fitbit really needs to do something about this and soon! I have purchased two Fitbits and was considering a scale, but if this continues, I will purchase another device that is not so problematic and let people know what poor customer service Fitbit has. Please help!

Anyone have any ideas? This is getting so frustrating.

Fitbitters, anyone have a resolve to this? Still having same issue with my 2016 Enclave, and it's definitely the Fitbit app. I have removed it from my phone, and car connects fine. But that renders my Fitbit useless. The minute I download the app again, my car disconnects. For someone who drives and takes conference calls in my car daily, this is getting beyond old.

UPDATE: I called Fitbit Customer Service and they were all but useless. The person I talked to kept talking over me and giving me solutions I had already tried, but she wouldn't let me say so. She just kept talking over the top of me. Then she finally said that nobody at Fitbit had ever heard of this problem and I had a phone software problem. I finally just gave up.

Same here. Also with 2016 Enclave, using a Galaxy S9. My Fitbit is about to go in the trash if it's going to keep my car from auto-connecting.
