I've been unable to sync my Fitbit Ionic to the app since Thursday.
The Fitbit app attempts to connect vi bluetooth but then just shows it can't (see image).
I'm using android phone, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app with no luck.
Bluetooth has been turned on/off, same with WiFi, and this has made no difference either.

Does the issue occur when using mobile internet or wifi as internet connection? * Costs can apply if not having a mobile data plan.
Feel free turning off / on the internet router if turned on for a longer time.
If not already done, feel free restarting the phone & your Fitbit ionic.

Hi, this has not solved the problem. Both phone and watch have been restarted, still unable to sync. I tried removing and replacing adding the watch, and now I cannot add it as the problem is still there.
