Woke up this morning to another Fitbit Labs ad/tile that will not go away and is missing the X to delete it. Plan Care. Didn't this issue just get solved? And, how many months will this one take to get fixed?

@Mags2017 I've moved your post to the Android App board because that is a better fit for this topic. I do not have any insight into when this issue will be resolved. Last time this happened, the fix came with an update to the Fitbit app. I expect that will happen again, so be sure to keep your app updated.

I know I am saying what others are thinking, but when can the developers learn from previous issues, and always add a way for users to close a Fitbit ad/tile?

This Labs banner is a Zombie that has arisen from the dead. I am so intensely annoyed that it's back and taking up so much real estate in the app. This is just awful, awful, awful. There was an outcry before, so developers just didn't think we wouldn't mind this time, for some ridiculous reason?

To Fitbit developers: Are there any plans to fix this latest banner? And as a suggestion, that any future banner/ad include a way for users to dismiss them.
Thank you.

Hello @Mags2017 , @Bo.. , @CameraSue
I saw a recent Moderator post acknowledging the issue and confirming that the team has been informed of the problem. Most likely, we may have to wait for another app update to allow us to remove the Fitbit Labs tile again.
If I come across any updates on the fix, I'll report back.

Hello. For a brief hour the tile, a few days ago, the tile was gone. It came back and has not left. I checked my app and it is updated. I have restarted my phone, shut off my phone, all the things. This is getting ridiculous!

My app is updated but the banner/tile is still there.
