I have tried everything suggested a few times and still not syncing
Turning of phone
Deleting fitbit app and re-unstalling
Turning Bluetooth off and on, but it still cannot find fitbit
Please help

Hi, @Ld63 , sync problems are not uncommon and usually resolve themselves spontaneously. One thing to note - your Bluetooth settings will not ever be able to find your Fitbit - it has to be done through the Fitbit app.
I find the quickest way to force a sync is simply to log out of your Fitbit app and then log back in again (be sure you know the email address associated with your account and your password!). A restart of the Fitbit can also help.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, I would recommend carefully working through the steps suggested in this help article , except that I never recommend removing the device from your account, because if that does not solve the problem your phone may not be able to find the Fitbit at all.
