I have had my Fitbit for almost 3 months and I love it. But, the past two days it started logging mileage incorrectly. I have used it many days on a fixed length course and yesterday it was off by more than 1/2 mile (when you are walking, that is a long way). I checked my stride length and it is correct. When I do the math, the stride length and mileage counts don't give with the steps. I do need to charge my device. Could it be a low battery?

@Jlmccarron Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your distance is incorrect. You said that you checked your stride length. Have you manually entered it? You can use these instructions to properly measure it. Additionally make sure that your tracker is detecting all your steps by moving your arms while walking.
Let me know how it goes.
