Fitbit Not Pairing with Galaxy S10E

I cant seem to pair with my Samsung Galaxy S10E. It's trying and even did an update on the version for fit bit .I can see it's on and wrking, but not pairing to the phone

This happened to me too. Fitbit tech support couldn't help and as they already replaced my Fitbit due to previous issue all they would do is offer discount on yet another useless device! If you google/look at messages here you'll discover as I have that many Fitbits stop working after updates or suddenly stop syncing!

I had this same situation happen. I feel like I should have my fitbit fixed. I shouldn't have to purchase another device... I'm so frustrated

@Alicianewfit and @Caittylou Are your Fitbit devices having trouble syncing with your phone or are they having trouble to pair with your phone's Bluetooth? You can try the troubleshooting steps from this help article to solve any syncing difficulty.
