I've had a Charge 3 since Christmas. It has never been easy to sync, and I've gone through a lot of restarting bluetooth, resetting, on-off all day connectivity etc. Since Jan 25. it's gotten worse. Now my charge 3 has not fully synced for 2 days.
I went through steps after searching the forum here. I asked my phone to start over with Charge 3, and that worked up until I got the 4 numbers (found your tracker). Then it would not connect. Connectivity seems spotty, since it will partially sync; find my tracker but not finish pairing.
I have removed other bluetooth devices from my phone.
Then, I tried to rejoin. I had to do so under another email because it would not let me under my original. But it didn't work anyhow. Same thing, up to a point, then wouldn't finish. So I think that connecting is not an issue, but staying connected long enough perhaps is the issue.
Any help much appreciated. Do I need a new Charge 3? Can I return this for another?

UPDATE!!
After spending the morning trying and retrying, I was finally able to fix the Fitbit.
I walked through the steps of replacing my Charge 3 on my phone. Like the other times, it would get so far and then quit after I punched in the 4 numbers. I was ready to give up and return my Fitbit, but tried one more time!! This time it worked!! Oh, and I prayed over it.
Back to the correct time and everything!! YAY and PRAISE THE LORD!!
