I'd like to try to help you get your Fitbit to sync.
The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. Even if you have already gone through some of them, please give them a shot in order, they should work.
In the meantime I'd like to ask:
- What update are you referring to?
- What phone are you using?
- What Android versions is it running?
- What Fitbit device are you using?
