Fitbit worked fine on my phone. I had to reinstall the app / clear the data and I'm now running into the following issue. I want to enable notifications (so that my Fitbit vibrates when someone calls me). So I go to the option "Select your notification options". I get a large colorful screen with only one pink button "Enable Notifications". Pressing that leads me to this screen:
I cannot get beyond this screen. There used to be a page where I selected the widget, encryption, which calls I would receive, etc. I am unable to get to this screen.
Android version: 7.1.1
App version 2.44
Charge HR Firmware 18.122

Rebooting the phone (duh...) solved the problem. I am now again able to get to the next screen.

Glad to hear it is working, @Maarten. As a matter of rule, any time you upgrade or re-install the Fitbit app, restart the phone afterwards.

Yes, however it's not that straightforward. For some reason the app does not let me go to the next screen. Sometimes multiple reboots and multiple slides are necessary before it finally works. Wouldn't it be much easier to add an "OK" button to the bottom of the screen?

I have a Fitbit Blaze and I use to receive notification from my mobile. Now when I go to settings to select the notifications options the next screen shows a pink button which states enable notifications and the following screen shows Fitbit Notification Service with a tick mark next to it. But I am still not receiving notifications.
Tried to reboot the mobile, the notifications are enabled from my mobile and Fitbit, and the fitbit is next to the mobile.
Any help please
