My wife and I both have Ionics and LG V30 phones. Have tried multiple times to upgrade tracker software to OS 2 to no avail. Update will not complete and displays message of "Update Failed" in app notification. Have tried updating over wi-fi and cellular data. Any ideas?

My update wouldn't work unless the fitbit was plugged in/charging

I turned my watch off and then back on again. I alao made sure it was charging. It worked after that.

Hello all, after trying to update since Monday with no luck, today I was finally able to update. I decided to do a factory reset to my ionic and that worked for me.

Had it hang all night seems like a hug issue would be nice for fitbit to respond about this

anyone had issues of the phone app not finding the watch when searching to connect for the OS update?
